Rental Contract
Renting space at the Pharatree Learning Centre requires agreement with the following terms:
1. Rental participants must adhere to Pharatree Learning Centre's COVID-19 Safety Plan
2. Renters agree to leave all spaces as they were found, removing all garbage and materials, and ensuring the space has been swept, cleaned and tidied.
3. All rental fees must be paid in full prior to use
4. For renters offering private programming, proof of adequate liability coverage may be requested.
